How do we process complaints?
We strive to resolve complaints within three days. If a complaint cannot be resolved in three days, we will advise you and continue our investigation. We will provide you a full written response when the investigation is complete. If you are unhappy with the outcome of our investigation you may be entitled to escalate the matter. We will share which, if any, options are available to you.
